Bottom-line: The Fons notification system is built to save you time and make your clients happy by ensuring best business practices. The Fons system generates email notifications to streamline almost every pertinent interaction between you and your clients.

Here are some examples of the notifications that Fons sends....

  • One email appointment reminder is sent out 24 hrs before a provider's cancellation window starts, meaning no more last minute cancellations and increased goodwill between you and your clients!

  • Appointment confirmation reminder 24 hrs ahead of the appointment

  • One SMS Appointment reminder is sent out the same day as the appointment

  • In the event that a client’s payment method is declined, Fons will notify you and your client letting you both know that the payment method needs updated.

  • Whenever a provider or client cancels an appointment, the all admins and the staff member on the appointment will be notified

  • Email receipts for successful payments.
