  1. You will receive an email from Fons shortly. Click the link in that email to begin creating your client account online. 
  2. At the agreed upon time, Fons will automatically process your payment and send you a receipt. Easy peasy!
  3. Brownie Points: After setting up your account, download the Fons mobile app from https://app.fons.com on your mobile browser. For instructions on how to download the Fons mobile app, follow the link below.

Letter Explaining Privacy at Fons (When Using Fons for Billing)

I really appreciate your high priority on privacy. I also value your privacy and security. I’ve chosen to use Fons for billing and scheduling because your personal information is secure with Fons’ payment processor. Their payment processor is PCI compliant and is trusted by other professional merchants like Target, Facebook, Best Buy, Lyft, NPR, Kickstarter, Girl Scouts of America, Etsy, Pinterest, Warby Parker, Unicef, and more.

My clients are required to enter their payment information upon accepting the invite to join Fons. At the end of their appointments, Fons charges my clients and upon payment the client automatically get a receipt.
