Easy! The Fons system will still recognize it as confirmed as long as the appointment is confirmed no later than 72 hours after the appointment start time. If the appointment has a cost associated with it you will get paid.

You can send a reminder to the client to confirm an appointment by opening the unconfirmed appointment, in the Attendees section clicking on the paper airplane symbol. (If you have multiple attendees in an appointment you will need to click the caret to expand their section and see the option to remind them to confirm.)

If it is a recurring appointment series and they confirm it will confirm the entire series so they don't have to confirm multiple times.

If you are a Fons Verified provider you can confirm the appointment for your client, however; it is extremely important you don't confirm an appointment if they don't have a preferred payment method on file as this could result in unpaid appointments!
