There are two ways your clients can join you on Fons. They can join you by setting themselves up from your Public Booking Link or you can set add / invite them from your client setup wizard.

To set up via the client setup wizard:

  1. Login to Fons
  2. Navigate to the "Clients" tab
  3. Click on on the "add client" button
  4. The Client Add Wizard will guide you through
  • Screen 1 - Name, email, phone
  • Screen 2 - How do you want to charge for appointments? Note: All billing options can be easily changed after adding the client.
  • Screen 3 - Is the Notification Preview and Add your client. Note: see below about the notifications that are sent 

Setup Billing Later - will not send email notifications to your client. If you choose to setup billing for your client later, it will send the same notifications as below, at the time you setup billing for them.

Per Appointment -  will send an email notification once you complete the wizard and click "add client" button.  Fons will then send and email notification with a link for your client to setup their payment method.

Package - will send an email notification once you complete the wizard and click "add client" button. Fons will then send and email notification with a link for your client to click to pay for the package.

Subscription - will send an email notification once you complete the wizard and click "add client" button. Fons will then send and email notification with a link for your client to click to enter their payment info, so the subscription will pay for the date you chose to start the package.

Importing Clients: If you provide us a list we will be glad to import and setup your clients for you. We are building out a way for providers to do this in the future. Let us know if you have any other questions or feature requests
