With Fons you can manage the time you will be out of the office for holidays, doctor appointments, etc.
You can also cancel all appointments for a set period of time.

Setting Your Availabilities

Note: this is only for one-off days, to set up your regular calendar see the setup for this. 

  1. Login to your Fons account and navigate to your calendar.
  2. In the bottom right hand corner click the "Edit Availability" button. Note: for mobile you must be on the monthly calendar view.

3. Select the day you would like to edit and edit the current availability, this will remove or add availabilities for just that one day. Note: It will NOT cancel or delete any scheduled appointments confirmed or non-confirmed for that day. See below how to cancel all appointments.

For example: 

  • If you are going to be unavailable for the New Years Day 1/1 select 1/1 on the calendar and delete the current available times. 
  • If you work every Monday from 8:00-5:00 and have a luncheon from 11:00-2:00 on a particular Monday, select that particular Monday to edit, see below:

Cancel all appointments for one day or a range

  1. Login to your Fons account and navigate to your calendar.
  2. In the bottom right hand corner click the "cancel all" button

3. Click on  "One Day" and from there you can select the day or to select a range of days, select "Multiple Days", select the range. You can also add a custom message.

4. Select the "Cancel All" button to save you changes and this will send an email notification to you client and cancel the appointments on their schedule. They will not be charged for these appointments.
