If you offer group classes it's a snap with Fons. You can offer those classes on your public booking calendar or keep private. Group lessons are just regular appointments that have more than one attendee in which you can make private or list on your public booking page.

  1. Press the +NEW button or under the client profile click the action button and select new appointment

  2. Select a staff member. For a group class you can leave the client field blank or if you have a client that you know will be attending you can add them. You may invite as many clients as you would like.

  3. If you would like your clients to book themselves, select "anyone can join via booking page" and capacity, see below screenshot.

    • Note: If you are allowing clients to book themselves you have to enable Public Booking-How To

    • Group lessons have their own link you can use to direct clients to the target group lesson or you can still use your overall online booking link. You can copy the group lessons direct link from the appointment itself, in the "BOOKING" section

  4. Create a descriptive title, a location, or a description.

  5. Enter a time, the duration of the appointment and if the appointment is recurring or a one-time appointment. Note: If you select recurring and select an end date, pick an end date after the last appointment is to occur. So, for example if you want the last appointment in the series to end on the 27th select the 28th as the end date.

  6. Select the cost of the appointment. Note: If you have a client with an existing package or subscription and you select to accept those forms of payment, they will not be charged the per appointment price, their package balance will be deducted or their subscription will count as their payment.

  7. Select Book to schedule the class and not send an email to all attendees or Preview to view and send an email notification to the attendees and schedule the class.
