If you only have one family member as a client then it's usually easier to not add additional family members but in some instances like multiple family members that need to be billed differently or attend group classes that each member needs to be billed for this feature is perfect.

Note: Make sure whichever family member you setup billing for, you schedule that family member for appointments.

To add additional; family members is a breeze!


  1. Log into Fons from your computer and navigate to the client that you would like to add a family members
  2. Click the action button to the right and select add Family member. Add the family members name.
