As a part of setup if you are allowing clients to book or reschedule their own appointments you will want to setup the following. These settings are your organizational settings and not per individual staff member. They apply to both public booking and client portal booking of appointments.

  • Auto Confirm - Automatically confirm appointments requested by clients or turn off for more control over your calendar.
  • Cancellation Policy - Clients who cancel within this window will still be charged. Email reminder notifications are sent 24 hours ahead of the cancellation policy setting
  • Availability Intervals - Show availabilities starting on the 15s, 30s, or hours.
  • Scheduling Blackout - Avoid last minute requests by requiring clients to book in advance
