Absolutely! 

When you set up your clients within Fons, you’ll see an option to set how long their normal appointment lasts and how much you charge under the "per appointment" billing model. This duration and amount will auto fill any appointment you create. However, you can change the amount or duration of any individual appointment while making an appointment. Also, you can send out a "One Time Payment Request" (essentially a single invoice) to a client in case you need to add charges that aren't tied to a regular appointment.
