If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with your provider follow the below steps.
Note: As of now if you would like to reschedule an appointment you will have to cancel it first and then create a new appointment.

How to Cancel My Appointment
Login to Fons and navigate to the appointment you would like to cancel.
Click on the "Cancel" button. Once you click cancel you can add an optional note and it will notify your provider via email and within the To-Do area in the app.
How to Reschedule My Appointment
As of now if you would like to reschedule an appointment you will have to cancel it first and then create a new appointment.
