How do I announce to my clients that I’m switching to Fons?

Yay! Sharing with your current clients that an exciting, easy, life-saving, time-saving change is coming their way is the best part of Fons. Some providers will want to do this in person, via phone, or via email.

If email announcements are your preference, then we’ve already done the work for you! You can copy/paste/modify and send the pre-written emails (below) to your clients via email in less than 10 minutes. This will ensure that they know what to do with their invitation to create their Fons client account.

Letter for Your Current Clients:

To save you time and a lot of hassle, I’m changing our billing system and how we schedule appointments. Starting [DATE HERE], I’ll use a new system called "Fons". It’s an app and a website that will make the scheduling and payment of your appointments much simpler.

*Fons will automatically charge your card or bank account after each scheduled appointment. It’s really easy. No more writing checks, or worrying about how many appointment-days there are in a month. *

*You can also use your Fons account to change, cancel or add appointments. *

Here’s how it will work.

  1. *You will receive an email from Fons shortly. Click the link in that email to begin creating your client account online. *
  2. After each appointment Fons will automatically process your payment and send you a receipt. Easy peasy!
  3. *Brownie Points: Download the Fons mobile app from the *Apple stor*e or Google Pla*y for your mobile phone.
