I entered my client and a message popped up to confirm their membership

If you see the following message after entering a client "This client is already using Fons and must confirm their membership before they can be billed for services."

What does that message mean?

There are many clients that use providers of different Fons organizations like for music lessons, tutoring, personal training and other services. This is a security feature for your client giving you permission to charge an existing payment method they already have on file.

What to Do?

Your client will get an email to confirm your organization they simply click the link, log into Fons and click the "thumbs up" in their ToDo list and alternatively without the email they can log into their Fons account and in their ToDo click the "thumbs up"
