Change Appointment Info

Changing appointment details, schedule, cost or booking.

Sometimes plans and schedules change...no problem! It's easy to make changes to an appointment after it's already been established on your calendar.

To Change the appointment details

  1. Login to Fons and navigate to the appointment you would like to change.

    1. The appointment must be in the future in order to be able to edit these details.

  2. Click on the green edit pencil to the right of the Appointment Info Area.

    1. To change the title, location, or staff member assigned to an appointment Select "Details" under the edit pencil.

      1. If a staff member is changed the newly assigned staff member will receive an email notification. The staff member who is removed will not.

    2. To change the date, time or duration, select "Schedule"

      1. Clients will be notified (via email and an in-app To-Do) of any changes to the schedule.

    3. To change the cost of the appointment, select "cost"

      1. Clients will be notified (via email and an in-app To-Do) of any changes to the cost.

    4. To change how the appointment is booked, select "booking"

      1. No one will be notified of changes to the booking.

NOTE: if the appointment is a recurring appointment and you want the changes to apply to every appointment in the series ensure you toggle the switch to "Apply to this and future appointments" before saving your changes.
