What does it mean when a charge that is processing?
Processing means that the client has been charged, it's just simply going through the processing company
Note: a package balance will not be refilled until the charge is done processing, to make sure you are paid for those
Why is the charge taking so long to process?
Most charges paid with an ACH Payment Method will take a few days longer to process 5-10 business days while credit cards usually take 48 hrs
Credit cards take 1-2 days to process
How can I tell if my client is paying with ACH or Credit Card?
Login to Fons
Navigate to the Client tab
Find the client in the list, click on it to open the client details
In the billing section it will say bank (ach) or credit card
