Cancel an Entire Day or Range of Appointments

Sometimes there is a need to cancel an entire day or range of appointments, if your sick or closing your studio for a holiday. You can cancel just your own appointments or as many staff members as you would like all at one time.

Pro Tip:

No one remembers the studio's holiday schedule that was sent out in beginning of the year so to avoid being bombarded by emails/calls/text before an upcoming holiday asking if you will be having lessons. Use the cancel range feature 2 weeks before a holiday or event to cancel all appointments as a reminder of no appointments and the studio's closure.


Cancel an Entire Day or Range of Appointments

  1. Login to your Fons account and navigate to your calendar.

  2. In the bottom right hand corner click the "CANCEL RANGE" button

  3. Select to cancel everyone's appointments or select the staff member's name you would like to cancel appointments for.

    • If you select to cancel everyone's appointments as a safety measure you will be required to type in "CANCEL ALL APPOINTMENTS"

  4. Select "One Day" and the day that you would like to cancel or Select "Multiple Days" for a range of days you would like to cancel.

    • Add an optional message that will go to clients with lessons scheduled on the days you cancel.

  5. Click SAVE to make the changes or SAVE & NOTIFY to save and send a message to your client(s).
