Delete my Credit Card or ACH

If you are a client and need to remove you payment method aka credit card or ACH.

  • Note: only clients can remove their payment info, due to clients may use for other Fons providers. Providers will see a removed payment method in the client detail activity log.

  1. Login to Fons

  2. Navigate to Settings->Payment Info

  3. Click the DELETE PAYMENT METHOD button
