How to setup a default location for remote and in-person appointments

You can use the Locations feature to save default locations for remote or in-person appointments in the location field of an appointment to save time in typing in some of your most visited locations and use any remote app you would like, Zoom, Rock Out Loud, Google Meets. Also, note if you don't use the built in Zoom integration see below on how to just use your Zoom room.

Navigate to Settings->Locations click the add location and input and save the location. If you use remote locations, like Zoom, just paste the URL in and when your client receives the appointment notification it will simply show as a clickable link that says "Join the Meeting"

Tip: When creating an appointment just start typing the location and your list in the Locations tab will drop down for you to select.
