You can only use one package or subscription on a client at a time, however changing the billing models is easy.
To change from a subscription to another billing model
Cancel the subscription (Do Not Pause it!)
Select to end subscription immediately
You will then click on the arrow to set the client up for the new billing model
to switch many clients at one time check out our bulk editing tools!
If are moving to "per appointment" (Hourly rate) billing you will also want to change any appointments on the calendar to reflect/accept the new billing model.
To change from a Package to another billing model
Click the green edit pencil next to appointment billing
Select Cancel package
You will then click on the arrow to set the client up for the new billing model

If are moving to "per appointment" (Hourly rate) billing you will also want to change any appointments on the calendar to reflect/accept the new billing model.
To switch from Hourly billing (Per Appointment billing) to another billing model
Click the green edit pencil next to appointment billing
Cancel the Hourly billing
You will then click on the arrow to set the client up for the new billing model
