So your using subscriptions but it isn't set to run for a bit (maybe it's mid month and you have it set to start on the 1st of the next month)

If you have lessons scheduled before a subscription start date, you will want to prorate in order to cover any appointments that occur prior to the start of the subscription. Use the built in prorate feature to establish an amount that will cover the lessons.
