Change Appointment Description

Editing appointment descriptions

While not required, appointment descriptions help clients understand what to expect in an upcoming appointment or series of appointments.

To change or add a description to an appointment that has already been created:

  1. Navigate to the appointment you want to edit

  2. Click on the green edit pencil to the right of the Description area.

    • NOTE: to change the description for the series, ensure you toggle the switch to "Apply to this and future appointments"

    • Clients are not notified of changes to the description, but they can see the changes in their fons portal when they open the appointment details.
