First things first, it always helps to double check that the email account you are looking at is the same one that you signed up for Fons with. Many people have multiple emails and it can be hard to keep track of everything. Double checking for spelling errors never hurts either!
If everything above is all in order, then our suggestion is to add "[email protected]" as a contact, and ask your provider to resend your Fons invitation.
